Because your spa experience is reserved in advance for you, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for any single experience and 48 hours for spa packages. All reservations are reserved with a credit card or gift card number. There will be a 50% charge for missed appointments.

Mommies to be...please notify us of your condition so we can make recommendations for the appropriate treatments to meet your needs.

In order to further create a peaceful environment, day care services are provided for a nominal fee to any of our guests with children 3 weeks and older.

Kindly turn all cell phones and pagers off when visiting us.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment so that you have time to relax in our sanctuary or soak in the hot tub.

Please be sure you shave and exfoliate before coming for your treatment.  You will achieve best results when your skin is clean and free of body oils.   Once you are sprayed, we strongly recommend that you not shower for 8-10 hours for best results. Bring in loose fitting clothing to assure even drying.
